It’s been a week since Secret Cinema organisers sent the web into a spin with their last-minute cancellation of their mass-scale Back To The Future screening, but tonight (31st July), the gates of Hill Valley finally opened, and it seemed the wait was worth it.

Whilst our review will have to wait for a few weeks (we’re not set to visit the set until late-August due to the heavily-documented reschedule), those who did have tickets to tonight’s screening were left massively-impressed.

With phones disallowed during the screening of the iconic movie, it took a while to garner all the feedback, but by the looks of things, it’s been a big sign of approval from those who paid £55 to witness the largest project in Secret Cinema’s decade-long history.

Here’s a round-up of comments from the first-night’s ticket-holders; Secret Cinema’s Back To The Future production runs until 31st August.
