One of the biggest events of the summer, Isle of MTV Malta, has announced its star-studded lineup for this year’s hotly-anticipated event.
Now in its eighth year, the open-air event, in partnership with MTV and Malta Tourism Authority, will see Dizzee Rascal, Kiesza and EDM producer/DJ Hardwell perform at the summer spectacular.
Taking place on Wednesday 25th June 2014 in the country’s historic Il-Fosos Square, Floriana, the Isle Of MTV Malta will pay host to thousands of music fans from near and far for the free live music extravaganza.
This year will also include a BATTLE OF THE BANDS competition giving one lucky local band
the opportunity to perform at this summer´s live music event. With additional performers for Isle of MTV 2014 still to be announced in the coming weeks, the franchise has a reputation for showcasing some of the biggest names from the international music scene. Previous performers have included Lady Gaga, Black Eyed Peas, Jessie J, will.i.am, Rita Ora and Snoop Dogg.
