Following his extensive work on Michael Jackson’s new album, Xscape, Timbaland has teased details regarding his forthcoming solo project, Opera Noir.

Timbaland has big plans for the new record (which is yet to receive an official release date), citing that the upcoming album will be “Timbaland’s Chronic, a comparison to Dr Dre’s iconic 1992 debut album, which is still, over two decades on, deemed to be one of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time.

The infamous producer made the announcement of the new project during a recent interview with Revolt TV, also stating the new material will feature Cee-Lo Green. Watch the full unveiling below:
