Jamie XX has landed a surprise piece of new music, with the unveiling of latest single, Sleep Sound.
Whilst the track has been available as a low-quality radio rip for some time now, today is the first time we all get to hear the song in its entirety; and it’s a goodie! Less vocal than previous work, the mostly-sampled lyrics are completely overlaid by an infectious, almost two-step-to-four-four (yet still VERY Jamie XX-esque) beat.
If you love The XX (as well as Jamie’s own work), you’ll love this…. and even if you don’t enjoy the former, this will still blow your mind.
