Following the audio unveiling a fortnight ago, Atlanta teenager Raury has premiered the official video for debut single God’s Whisper.

Fusing together both lyrics and visual, the clip helps to spearhead the young rapper’s sound, alongside strive for maturity way above his years.

Having only unveiled two tracks so far (Bloom, as well as God’s Whisper), it’s apparent that Raury sees something fresh in his approach to ‘urbanistic’ melodies. Whilst citing the likes of Kid Cudi and Andre 3000 as influences, it’s clear that the youngster can recite thought provoking lyrics (think Plan B) across harmonies so glorious and atmospheric that you’d believe there was some kind of obvious input from a more-established producer. There isn’t. This is all Raury’s own work, a factor which makes his forthcoming full-length debut project Indigo Child an even more interesting, and potentially exciting proposition.
