After starting the week on a high with the unveiling of Disclosure-collaboration on F For You, soul queen Mary J Blige has hit a low note after it has been confirmed her estranged father Thomas Blige has been stabbed and in a critical condition.
According to online reports, Michigan police have held Blige’s ex-girlfriend on suspicion of attempted murder after the 63 year-old father of the hit singer suffered a neck wound during the incident on Wednesday.
Blige’s ex-girlfriend is set to appear before a court today.
