The O2 arena & concert venue in Greenwich, London, is close to unveiling its latest addition to their entertainment avenues, with the imminent launch of the Brooklyn Bowl.

Set to open on 17th January, Brooklyn Bowl is an extension of the famed New York hang-out – a food and live music venue supplemented with 16 bowling lanes. The venue has also played host to a range of acts, from Kanye West, Elvis Costello, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Gossip, HAIM, Snoop Dogg, Guns’N’Roses, James Murphy, Adele, Paul Simon, Big Boi, Moby, N.E.R.D, Talib Kweli and Solange.

Featuring 12 lanes of bowling, three of which are VIP, a 120 cover restaurant – catered by the famous New York based Blue Ribbon Restaurants Group – and a 500 capacity music area, the London arm of Brooklyn Bowl is set to be one of the hottest venues of next year.

Yesterday, the first official press shot (below) was unveiled, seeing the venue’s show-stopping 6-foot wide disco ball fully installed above the lane area, meaning London’s biggest disco ball is in the capital!
