Britney Spears gave a Christmas present to remember to one very special fan, leaving him gobsmacked after serving him afternoon tea.
The star donned waitress gear at The Savoy hotel in London as part of ITV1 show’s Surprise Surprise Christmas Special.
James Colbourn, 27, from Ipswich was nominated by his younger sister Sadie Colbourn, 23, from Wolverhampton for all the support he has given her.
Sadie gave birth to twin boys George and Riley at just 26 weeks. A year later they were diagnosed with cerebral palsy and James has been by her side every step of the way. James gave up his spare time and cared for the boys like they were his own and Sadie wouldn’t of coped without all the help from her older brother, and wants to show how grateful she is.
