Last year, Jay Z, in partnership with Budweiser, brought some of the finest US urban artists together for a two day festival in Philadelphia, titled Made In America.

Additionally, the event, which featured artists including Kanye West, Janelle Monae, Jill Scott, Santigold, Miike Snow along with Run DMC’s first show in over a decade, was filmed by mega-director Ron Howard as part as a documentary to show American creativity entwined with musical talent.

The documentary, sharing the same Made In America title as the event itself, has now been confirmed to premiere on US TV channel Showtime, on October 11th, making its debut next weekend at the Toronto Film Festival.
