British man-of-the-moment Ed Sheeran took to Australian airwaves this morning to provide an insight into his new album; the follow-up to 2011’s hugely successful chart debut ‘+’.

In the interview on Australia’s NOVA FM, Sheeran spoke about a single called ‘Photograph’ and he expected it to change things for him.

“It’s called Photograph and I think that will be the one that will change my, kind of, career path; I played it for a German radio station for a fan thing and no-one filmed it and no-one recorded it and that was the one time I played it.”

Sheeran also announced he has collaborated with blog-favourite Lupe Fiasco. Speaking on ‘Smallzy’s Surgery’ show, Ed spoke that he had written a chorus and it had been chosen by Lupe, saying that the rapper was ‘the sort of people I want to end up working with.’ “We have the same A&R in America and when I was doing all the Yelawolf he just gave me about seven beats and said write choruses to all of these beats and he just sent hem out to people and Lupe loved one of them and is going to hop on it; I’m a massive Lupe Fiasco fan so it’s cool.”
