Scottish house producer/DJ has announced his residency at new Las Vegas superclub Hakkasan. The club, set to open at the iconic MGM Grand Hotel this spring, will play host to Harris over a 20-month long permanent stint.
The entertainer made the announcement at Jay-Z’s BRIT Awards after-show party last night at London restaurant/bar Hakkasan, saying:
“I think the most exciting thing about this club is the team behind it. They have been so important in the growth of European dance music back in the U.K.”
“They know clubs, it’s the main thing that they’ve done for so many years. When they came to me and say they’re going to build this massive, massive club and (that) it’s going be finished in the most incredible way, it was just too good to be true. Being an established brand, you know it’s going to be quality.”
Aside from the 46 dates at Hakkasan Las Vegas, Grammy award-winner Harris will also play 22 dates at the Wet Republic Pool Bar during the daytime.
